How do I purchase from your store? All items are scheduled releases that follow a specific date and time. Please follow the instagram page to be informed 

I received a partial refund, what is it for? We will automatically combine orders/pre orders that were made within the same drop/release. A refund notification will be of the excess shipping.+

 

What's the best place to contact? We only accept questions/inquiries via email : Midnightmoonpins@yahoo.com .

 A pin I want is sold out or not listed, will there be a restock? Almost all MidnightMoon pins are limited edition. However, most items have a possibility of returning in a new variant. Some items are excluded as they are discontinued.

Shop Policies :

By purchasing from MidnightMoon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Effective as of 5/3/21 , any domestic orders that contain a presale item and an in stock item will be automatically fully refunded. International orders are excluded due to the high shipping cost. 

 

2. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any of the following : buyer's remorse, change of address, incorrect address. Overage refunds are only applicable if the items were purchased in the same drop. A refund may be issued if the item does not arrive as described, please email in that event.

 

3. MidnightMoon is not responsible for any uninsured lost or stolen packages. We do not refund nor replace lost items. If you would like to have extra security on your order, please purchase insurance. If you are having trouble locating a package, please call your local post office with the tracking number attached to your order as soon as possible. Additionally, USPS offers a missing package service. Please file your request online, free to use. ALL international orders will include insurance as of march 20th 2022.

 

4. ALL open pre order items are sold as mystery grade pins, so we can not ensure the best quality for you. NO refunds or exchanges are allowed on open pre order items, unless you receive a C grade quality pin (please refer to the grading system.)

 

 5. Please do not pre trade items that are not in hand. once in hand, feel free to trade. All item are subject to a resale policy that applies for 14 days within receiving the pin(s). Policy is as follows, please do not resell for more than drop price + ship + ship to buyer. ANY violation results in a ban.


7. I am not responsible for any custom fees for international buyers or lost/stolen packages. Please contact your local post office as soon as possible if an item is marked as delivered, but was not actually delivered. Here is the link to file a search request by USPS. 

8. Incorrect Address. If you accidentally entered the wrong address, or you would like items to be shipped to someone else, please contact me as soon as possible to fix the address. My in stock items usually process within a week, or two. Please notify me as soon as possible. Please be advised that returned mail due to an incorrect mailing address will result in you having the repay for the shipping.
